Claims
All claims are managed by Lloyds of London to ensure efficient and expert handling.
Your insurance broker is your primary point of contact for advice and assistance during the claims process. All claims should be reported to your broker in the first instance. From there, your broker will notify Element Specialty Underwriting, where we will forward the claim information to Lloyd's of London.
Element directors have past experience and personal involvement in many of the world’s most complex mining claims. Element will remain involved throughout your claims process providing assistance to our capacity providers. Element will always strive to finalise claims as timely and efficiently as possible.
